Production timelines vary depending on product type, quantity, and customization. Estimated timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders across India through trusted logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. StackBags is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Customized Products
All customized and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Manufacturing Defects
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear images or videos of the issue. Returns or replacements will be processed after verification.

Return Approval
Returns are subject to inspection and approval by StackBags. Approved returns will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Minor color or size variations

  • Damage caused during transit without proper proof

  • Orders placed with incorrect specifications approved by the customer
